1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 3 days before arrival
- Within 3 days of arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
2. Refund Method
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
3. Date Changes
- Guests cannot modify booking dates independently.
- All change requests must be made through the reservations team and are subject to availability and hotel approval.
- Additional charges may apply if rates differ.
4. Force Majeure
Villa 98 shall not be liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
