Our swimming pool and Wellness Pavilion (gym) are accessible for guests daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We observe these quiet hours to ensure a restful environment for all.
1 What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 3 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms or contact us directly.

To ensure the security and serenity of all our guests, we operate a strict visitor policy. Any non-registered guests visiting after 8:00 PM must be registered at the front desk and may be subject to a visitor fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
