These Terms apply to all guests who book or stay at Villa 98 through our website or any direct communication channel.
2. Eligibility to Book
- The minimum age to make a booking is 18 years.
- There is no maximum age limit for staying at the property.
- Guests must provide a valid phone number at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Reservations
- Reservations made via our website are subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that booking details (dates, number of guests, contact information) are accurate.
- Guests cannot change booking dates on their own once confirmed. Any date change requests must be made directly through our reservations team and are subject to availability and approval.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Policies
Children
- Children of all ages are allowed.
- Children 12 years and under: Charged at 30% of the adult rate per child, per night.
- Children 2 years and under: Stay free of charge when using an available crib.
Extra Beds
- Extra beds are subject to availability.
- USD 25.00 per person, per night, regardless of age.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
6. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- Maestro
- Cash
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the reservation type.
7. Facilities & Services
- Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
- Free parking is available for guests.
- Guests must use hotel facilities responsibly. Explaination.
8. Guest Conduct & Responsibility
- Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest may result in additional charges.
- Villa 98 reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior, violation of hotel rules, or illegal activities without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Villa 98 shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises unless caused by proven negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
